Intro to the Foundation - Part 1 of 2

"Ok - so wait, tell me more. You are a non-profit? And you have....beer?"

"How exactly does that work again?"

Don't worry. You are in good company. Nearly every one that first hears the Dog Tag Brewing story comes back with the same questions. We explain and we know people still find it hard to believe.

Yes, it is true - Dog Tag Brewing DOES donate 100% of its profits to benefit charities created or selected by Gold Star Families.

So what exactly does the Foundation do?

For starters, Dog Tag Brewing Foundation is a combat Veteran operated non-profit that partners with Gold Star Families to celebrate the lives of our nation's Fallen Warriors.

In fact, beer is just a small part of what we do.

To us, the beer is meant to be a vehicle to spark a conversation. And a HUGE part of that conversation is to help introduce all of the remarkable and amazing Gold Star Families we have been honored to work with to our grateful nation.

These families are some of the most positive and upbeat people on Earth. No doubt the most humbling and rewarding part of my job is the opportunity to speak with them every day. I always walk away feeling impressed and amazed at the strength, excitement, and determination these families have.

This is certainly the biggest reason why we too share the same excitement about relaunching Dog Tag Beer here soon. We cannot wait to share the stories of these incredible families so that we can all take part in celebrating the lives of these remarkable Warriors.

While we are not quite ready to announce the details of our relaunch plan, we do understand everyone's excitement to support the cause and be a part of the movement. Trust us - we are almost there!

As always, we sincerely appreciate your continued patience as we work very hard to bring Dog Tag Brewing to a store near you.
