Caleb Farrell is currently an MBA candidate at Georgetown University concentrating on general management and entrepreneurial studies to prepare him to launch his own business. He is actively involved in several initiatives at Georgetown and is a VP of the Entrepreneurship Club. Caleb was chosen to become an InSITE fellow, a highly competitive leadership development program that pairs graduate students with startup companies.

Caleb started his military career immediately upon graduating from high school. The heroic actions of a relative who served in Vietnam as a Naval Corpsman inspired him to enlist as a combat medic. After September 11th he attended Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS) where he was selected to become a Special Forces Medical Sergeant and assigned to 5th Special Forces Group. On deployments to Iraq, Caleb served as the Senior Medic for his detachment which partnered with Iraqi Special Operations units to conduct raids against Al Qaeda in Iraq and other insurgent groups. At the mid-point of his Special Forces career Caleb was selected to become the Intelligence Sergeant for his team. On subsequent deployments, he conducted intelligence analysis of enemy activity and served as the senior sniper for his detachment. Caleb deployed to five countries during his military career, including combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was recognized as the 2011 5th Special Forces Group NCO of the Year.

Caleb graduated summa cum laude, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Strategic Studies from Norwich University while on active duty. He currently lives with his wife, Hilary, in Washington, DC and continues to serve on a Special Forces team in 20th SFG(A) (Maryland ARNG).
