David J. Drakulich was an artist who became a soldier as soon after the 9-11 attacks as his age would allow.  He joined the US Army and served over 4 years with 3 deployments as an Airborne Ranger serving with the 82nd Airborne. In loving memory of artist and soldier, David J. Drakulich, his family has created the David J. Drakulich Foundation For Freedom of Expression, or DJD Foundation.

DJD Foundation - Reno, NV

The David J. Drakulich Foundation For Freedom of Expression, or DJD Foundation, offers art and recreation programming to veterans and the military connected community, as a means of giving gratitude, honor, and a return of the gift of freedom of expression. DJD Foundation encourages all Americans to do their part and exercise their hard won right to freedom of expression. Dog Tag Legacy Fund is proud to support this special 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a Legacy Grant and free consulting services.
