SSG Chris M. Falkel
United States Army

ODA 316, A Co 1st Batt 3rd SFG

SEP 24, 1982 – AUG 8, 2005 |   Deh Afghan, Afghanistan

Hometown: Littleton, CO

As an 18 Bravo with the 3rd Special Forces Group, Chris’s training was some of the most intense the Army has to offer.  His tactical schooling included Blackwater Combat Marksmanship, Gryphon Group Force Protection, Mid-South Self Defense Institute, SFARTAETC, and his favorite course – Special Operations Target Interdiction.  Chris’s family continues his love of finding unique uses for spent casings with Junior’s Bullet Pen Company.  To honor his legacy, the Falkels have chosen to support Michael Reagan’s Fallen Heroes Project.

Fallen Heroes Project - Edmonds, WA

Their mission is to honor American Fallen Heroes for their ultimate sacrifice during the war against terrorism. The foundation provides the resources to produce and distribute to each family a hand-drawn portrait of their Fallen Hero, created by artist Michael G. Reagan, free of charge.

Dog Tag Legacy Fund is proud to support the Fallen Heroes Project in honor of SSG Chris Falkel by providing grant funds that will allow more families to receive a portrait of their loved one, with the respect and appreciation of a grateful nation.
