LTC Mark D Taylor
United States Army
NOV 17 1962 - MAR 20 2004
Fallujah, Iraq

LTC Mark D. Taylor was a courageous man and dedicated soldier. As a military physician, Mark was committed to caring for the sick and wounded. His easy manner, infectious laugh, and compassion for his patients left a lasting mark on all who had the good fortune to be treated by him. To honor his legacy, Mark’s mother selected Quilts of Honor America.

Quilts of Honor America is dedicated to bestowing a symbol of thanks, solace, and remembrance to those who serve in harm’s way to protect and defend our lives and freedoms. Handmade by dedicated volunteers, each patriotic-themed quilt embodies the love, gratitude, and hope for healing our nation has for those who’ve put their lives on the line so that we can rest easy here at home. Started in 2010, Quilts of Honor has made and distributed over 3,500 quilts.

Dog Tag Legacy Fund is proud to support Quilts of Honor America in honor of LTC Mark D. Taylor by providing grant funds to ensure that countless others will be wrapped in the healing warmth of honor, love, and remembrance.
