SPC Dustin C. Fisher
United States Army

1st Battalion, 76th Field Artillery, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division

MAR 9, 1983 – MAY 24, 2005 | Baghdad, Iraq

Hometown: Fort Smith, AR

Dustin loved life, being surrounded by friends and family, as well as making people smile and laugh. He enjoyed joking around, telling the most endearing tall tales and little pranks, but he was also the first one others knew to call when they were looking for a hand. Dustin chose to join the Army to support and protect our nation after 9/11. He wanted to make a difference in people’s lives, and joining the Army provided that opportunity, as well as the camaraderie and bond of brotherhood that Dustin thrived on.

Dog Tag Legacy Fund is proud to be working with Dustin’s family to create a nonprofit organization that honors his legacy and bears his name.

Please check back soon as we will be announcing the name and mission of this new nonprofit organization that we are helping Dustin's family create.
