It was a rare occasion that Darren didn’t have a smile on his face. He absolutely loved putting on the uniform, but also loved being an excellent father of four, a husband, and a son. Somehow, Darren was able to balance his career and love for his family. Darren’s sense of humor and constant belly laugh are missed by many.
To honor his legacy, his family started the Darren Linde Memorial Scholarship for all Senior wrestlers at Sidney High School, as Darren was an outstanding wrestler there. To fund the scholarship, his family hosts a memorial fun run in his name each summer in Sidney, Montana.
